Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity for a highly organised PA to assist a busy and dynamic company that works in the Tourism Space. If German is your 2nd or 3rd language, a good understanding and basic conversation in German will be considered. You will be based in Cape Town CBD and will be office-based and once you have a good understanding of the business, it will move to 2 days per week in the office, rest of week remotely. Support the business and be the go-to person that adds value as a strong support for 2 Directors. Requirements: English and German language: Fluent Own reliable transport Office set up at home Matric - minimum of 10 years working experience as an PA Confidentiality - high level Ability to travel to USA and Europe once a year Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing assistance and support as needed Prepare and manage weekly payment schedules Maintain accurate and up-to-date client booking records Generate and distribute client invoices Monitor and follow up on outstanding client payments Issue invoices Collect, organize and maintain client data, including personal information, preferences and more Coordinate travel logistics, such as hotel bookings, charter flights, and related arrangements Household management General administrative tasks for Holding company in Germany General ad hoc duties This role is ideal if you enjoy responsibility, are highly organised to assist VIP clients and run the daily operations of this dynamic company.
