Job Description
A well-established building contractor based in Cape Town is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team! ð Location: Cape Town ð Sector: Commercial, Residential & Mixed-Use Developments What Youll Do: Prepare accurate bills of quantities and tender documentation Manage project costings and progress claims Monitor budgets and project expenditure Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers Assist with contract administration and reporting Requirements: BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying Minimum 35 years experience with a reputable contractor Strong knowledge of JBCC & NEC contracts Proficient in CCS Candy or similar software Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town Build your future with us!
