What They’re Looking For: You’ll be a confident and experienced clinician who: Leads with empathy, curiosity, and integrity Naturally sees the bigger picture – clinical, team, operational and financial Brings people together with emotional intelligence and structured communication Champions diversity, individual strengths, and continuous development Is excited by the opportunity to shape culture, inspire excellence and embed high standards Clinical Requirements: They’re looking for someone with: A strong clinical foundation in small animal medicine (ideally feline-focused) A Postgraduate qualification in feline or small animal medicine – or working towards one Confidence managing complex cases with a methodical, collaborative approach Ideally some of the following (not essential): Feline dentistry including radiography & extractions Abdominal ultrasound Endoscopy (or keen to develop) Cardiology/echo experience Leadership Experience: They’re seeking someone who can: Lead clinical meetings, 1:1s and team development Run meaningful performance reviews Collaborate on practice strategy and implement change Confidently manage budgets and key financials Maintain team cohesion, motivation and morale ⭐ Why Join This Practice?
