Finishing Foreman

A leading building contractor based in the Western Cape is looking for a Finishing Building Foreman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-end finishing works on both commercial and residential building projects in the Stellenbosch area. 📍 Location: Stellenbosch 🕒 Start Date: ASAP 💼 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades (e.g. carpentry, tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, etc.) Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, architects and the site team Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Conduct quality checks and snag lists Report progress and issues to the Contracts Manager ✠Requirements: Minimum 810 years of experience in finishing work on upmarket projects Proven track record managing teams on site Strong eye for detail and high-quality workmanship Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Valid drivers licence and own transport 🎯 Bonus: Experience in both residential and commercial developments Trade qualification or relevant technical diploma 💰 Salary: Market-related, based on experience and qualifications.
