Small Animal Vet - Full-time - Up to £90k

Our client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to lead a dynamic team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The position is full-time, requiring 39 hours per week with a 1:4 weekend rotation. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services. Upskill colleagues to support the aim of being a centre of clinical excellence. Deliver outstanding care and evidence-based practices. Lead and inspire the team to achieve strategic goals. Be on call for any overnight inpatients. The Salary : This permanent role offers an attractive salary of £75,000-£90,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience.
