Job Description

Job Summary : (not limited to) Administrative: Perform various administrative tasks i.e. answering of telephone calls, responding to emails and greet visitors. Assist other departments with various administrative tasks when necessary. Data Capturing: Accurate and efficiently enter data onto company systems and maintain up to date records and data base were necessary. Document Management: Maintain and update company documentation. Requirement: Matric Minimum 1 2 years experience in an administrative function (Previous experience in a logistics or transportation environment will be an added advantage) Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills on all levels Strong organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail Be able to work well under pressure Remuneration: To be discussed in the interview Applications will close on Thursday, 31st July 2025 at close of business.
