MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Tertiary qualification in agriculture would be advantageous At least 3 years experience in the cultivation of wheat and general animal husbandry (sheep and cattle) Knowledge of modern production practices Specific experience in driving and operating machinery with GPS guidance systems Good leadership and communication skills Cleanliness RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Production Plant wheat, apply fertilizer, weed, pest, and plague control, harvest, monitoring, all manipulations Purchase and management of pest control agents and fertilizers Maintenance of equipment and farm infrastructure in general Personnel and administration Labour planning, management and recordkeeping Financial Cost control by focusing on productivity
