Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Commercial Underwriters Provide guidance and technical support to team members Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting processes Qualifications: RE 5, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric, Class of Business - Personal Lines, Class of Business Commercial Lines, National Certificate in Short Term Insurance NQF 5 Skills: Advanced technical knowledge in all classes of Commercial Lines insurance FAIS-compliant understanding of Personal Lines insurance Strong leadership , coaching, and mentoring abilities Working knowledge of Cardinal360 and related systems In-depth understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and the industry
