Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pietermaritzburg on a Temp basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for asset care, preventative maintenance, and extending the life of equipment. The Maintenance Technician must have expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to ensure efficient equipment operation and compliance with safety and quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Repairs and Maintenance of mechanical, electrical, services/utilities, building, and supplies Breakdown restoration for full recovery of equipment Developing Standard Maintenance Procedures for safety and quality programs integration Identifying means to extend the life of equipment through overhauling Qualifications: Certification in food safety and experience with specialized equipment Skills: Mechanical, Electrical, Services/Utilities, Building and Supplies
