MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Koelenhof Wine Cellar, situated just outside Stellenbosch , currently has the above-mentioned position available for a dynamic individual who can take initiative, and lead the full maintenance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Maintenance of all cellar equipment, bottling equipment, and machinery including, overhauling of pumps and gearboxes, welding, basic electrical maintenance, all PVC piping/stainless steel piping and basic general construction work *Ensuring compliance with safety regulations *All other ad hoc maintenance and administrative functions related to this position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: A relevant tertiary qualification in the mechanical/electrical trade; Minimum 35 years experience in a similar position; Knowledge of cellar and bottling machinery; Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English); A valid drivers license.
