Own the conversation Navigate sensitive topics with empathy while guiding clients to make informed choices. Hit your numbers Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets through persuasive and professional sales calls. Stay sharp Confidently explain policy benefits, structures, and options in line with FAIS and client needs. Non-Negotiable: What You Need to Have At least 1 year of outbound insurance sales experience from a BPO call centre selling funeral cover , or from the short-term insurance industry . Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Matric (Grade 12) is required. Understanding of policy structures , benefit payouts , and FAIS compliance . RE5 certification will be a strong advantage.
