HV Site Manager

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a HV Site Manager on a permanent basis, located across the Midlands. Job Purpose: We seek an experienced, talented, and focused HV ‘Site Manager’ to join our dynamic team currently specialising in the upgrading, maintaining and expanding of Power T&D and Renewable Energy. Key Accountabilities: · Day to day management of site operatives, subcontractors and site work · Development and implementation of Safety documentation including Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments · Identify training requirements for site personnel · Fulfilling the role of Temporary Works Supervisor where required. · Ensure full compliance on projects with all Company procedures and current legislation. · Client liaison including arranging progress meetings, pre-start meetings and client audits. · Identify and resolve design issues raised on site. · Planning and programming of current and future works on site. · Subcontractor monitoring and auditing. · Deliver complex High Voltage projects across multiple sites · Compilation of documents and As Built records for handover files · Support Senior Team with all reasonable requests Experience: · Strong on-site management experience in a similar environment · DNO experience · Experience working on HV networks up to 132kv · Relevant qualifications/certificates Our Company Rubicon Consulting is a Talent management consultancy which helps you to optimise business performance and competitive advantage by choosing the right people first time
