As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Corporate Finance Senior or Manager to join our dynamic and growing Corporate Finance team. A supportive, inclusive team culture Opportunities to work on a broad range of exciting and rewarding projects Real investment in your career development and progression A flexible, hybrid working approach A firm that genuinely values your wellbeing and work-life balance What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work on a wide variety of projects including: Business sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, mergers, and disposals Company valuations using recognised methodologies such as multiples analysis Preparing and reviewing financial due diligence reports Managing client relationships and liaising with internal teams and external advisors Drafting engagement documentation and managing internal deal databases Supporting business development initiatives including networking and client proposals Collaborating closely with directors and partners to deliver high-quality results Working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with the following skills and experience: ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification Experience in corporate finance, ideally within the SME sector Strong commercial and financial acumen A genuine interest in business development and client growth A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Benefits 36.25 hours / 5 days per week (flexible and hybrid working available) Annual salary review 20 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 3 years) Death in service (3x annual salary) Westfield Health rewards and scheme 24-hour external Employee Assistance Programme helpline Flexible benefits: Buy/sell holiday, Cycle to Work, Payroll Giving, Private Medical Commission schemes for staff and client introductions Pension: 3% rising to 4% (matched up to 6%) after 4 years’ serviceFor any further information please call Pertemps Exeter and ask to speak with Matt
