This role offers exposure to a wide variety of advice areas and encourages proactive involvement in process improvement and best practice sharing. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting thorough technical research and analysis to support adviser recommendations * Preparing comprehensive cashflow modelling reports to assist with retirement and financial planning * Drafting clear and compliant suitability reports across a broad spectrum of financial advice areas, including pensions and investments * Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal technical processes and reporting standards * Supporting the Head of Department with ad hoc projects and team initiatives, where required About You: * Experience working within the financial services industry, ideally in an IFA or wealth management environment, in a technical paraplanning or hybrid paraplanning role * Solid technical knowledge of investment and pension products * Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards completion) * A professional, analytical approach with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
