This is an excellent opportunity for a Design Coordinator with a background in the construction sector to play a key role in coordinating and managing the design process across a variety of exciting projects. The Role: As Design Coordinator, you will support project teams by managing the flow of design information, coordinating design consultants, and ensuring that project designs meet both client expectations and technical requirements. You will work across multiple project stages, from pre-construction through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinating the design process across all project phases * Managing design consultants and subcontractor design inputs * Reviewing drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance * Ensuring timely production and distribution of design information * Liaising with project teams to resolve design issues * Supporting value engineering and buildability reviews * Ensuring design deliverables align with project programmes Ideal Candidate Profile: * Proven experience working as a Design Coordinator, Design Manager, or similar within the construction sector * Strong technical understanding of construction processes * Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with industry software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is advantageous What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary up to £55,000, dependent on experience * Attractive package * Opportunity to work with a leading contractor on diverse projects * Career development and progression opportunities * Collaborative and supportive working environment Apply Today To apply, please submit your CV
