We are recruiting a Lead Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Warrington! The Role: Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks. Be the escalatoin point for our team & support with training of new staff. To be responsible for the commercial support on the contract through to final account. Collating and presenting portfolio reviews. Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly. Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs. Create/raise Extra Works jobs. Create accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner. Regularly review and process supplier invoices. Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin. Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L result. Complete month end reports for the finance manager.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team which offers career growth & progression!
