Role: Commercial Lead / Quantity Surveyor Location: Belfast Hours: Full Time (8am-5pm, early finish Friday) Pay: Competitive An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lead/Quantity Surveyor to join one of our longstanding clients, working within Major Projects, Facilities Management & Specialist Projects divisions. Benefits: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Early Friday Finish, Healthcare, Pension, 1 Day WFH, 30 Days Holiday, Uniform. The Role : General Quantity Surveying and Estimating Duties in Build / M&E. The Requirements: 5 years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Experience from a Construction or M&E background. Be able to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. NEC Contracts, Cost Reporting and Financial Statements. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Full drivers licence and proficient on MS Office.
