Title: Global Artwork Coordinator - Hybrid - £232/day - 3-Month Contract Location: Hull (2/3 on-site per week) Rate: Up to £205 per day, inclusive of holiday pay plus statutory pension Contract Length: 3 months | Start ASAP (allow ~2 weeks for on boarding) The Role: A leading FTSE-listed business is hiring two Artwork Coordinators to support global packaging initiatives. These are fast-paced delivery roles within a highly matrixed environment, ideal for someone experienced in artwork and project management. What You'll Do: Ensure artwork is delivered on time and to quality across global teams Act as the coordination point between design, packaging, supply, and compliance functions Manage workflows through artwork systems (e.g. Trident or equivalent) Brief external agencies and manage both Master and Local Artwork processes Support copy development and approval processes What We're Looking For: Strong background in artwork delivery and project coordination Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, pharma, or a regulated sector Familiarity with systems such as Trident Highly organised, resilient, and deadline-driven Able to manage stakeholders in a cross-functional environment Contract Details: 3-month contract (with view to extend) 1-week notice period Up to £205p/day (inclusive of holiday pay plus statutory pension) Hybrid working - 2/3 days per week on-site in Hull
