Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the Care industry is seeking an Administrator to join their friendly team. Due to growth our client is looking to add an Administrator with a minimum of a years’ experience to join their Head Office in Tonbridge where you will provide a high level of administrative support to the wider team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an Administration role where you’re able to work both independently and as part of a team, working with accuracy and attention to detail at all times. This role is office-based. Key Responsibilities: * Maintaining and updating databases * Maintain calendars and diaries * Produce and issues training certificates for staff members when required * Managing internal inboxes * Booking courses for the team * Sourcing and purchasing materials when needed, such as uniforms, materials and supplies * Prepare training packs * Adhoc administrative duties to support the office when necessary Key Experience: * Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role * Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels * Ability to learn and adapt to new software * Able to multitask, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times * Organised, confident working to deadlines * Good team player, able to work with different departments across the organization This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field.
