To help us get there, we're looking for a highly capable and confident Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Board of Directors. How You’ll Make an Impact: Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, including managing diaries, meetings, and travel Prepare and produce clear, professional documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Coordinate meetings and events, take minutes, and track follow-up actions Support other company Directors with travel bookings and expense processing Screen and handle communications on behalf of the CEO Maintain filing and data systems, and identify opportunities for process improvement Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion What You’ll Bring Experience supporting senior executives or board-level leaders Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities Confident communication and strong relationship-building skills A proactive, calm approach under pressure High levels of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism A strong connection to our company values If you're ready to step into a fast-paced, rewarding role that places you at the heart of strategic leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
