Personal Assistant Administrator Ipswich, Office based 21hours a week £14.50ph Pure are delighted to be supporting an organisation in the heart of Ipswich. Who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the organisation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle a wide range of tasks to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This is a temporary role to begin with and for the right candidate a permanent opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Manage and co-ordinator calendars to schedule meetings with a variety of professionals Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the organisation. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism Coordinate with internal teams and external parties if necessary Perform administrative tasks including filing, composing agendas, record keeping and taking minutes for meetings Assist with project management, research, and other special assignments if necessary Requirements: Proven experience as a PA, executive assistant, or similar administrative role Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and environments if required
