Role: Project Manager Company: Main Contractor Location: Camden, London Salary: £80k - £85k Package About the Role: The company are an ambitious Main Contractor specialising in purpose-built residential accommodation. Following more than 10 years of success in new-build residential construction, the company are thriving, therefore expanding into the London market. They have a strong track record of delivering over £250 million worth of high-quality residential projects across the Northwest. As part of their national growth strategy, they are excited to launch a major office-to-residential conversion project in the Camden area, turning 15 unoccupied office units into 115 high-specification apartments for private sale. Our client is looking for a proactive, technically strong Project Manager with experience in complex conversions. You should have a solid background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work within a wider team. We’re looking for creativity, drive, and a hands-on attitude to help shape and push the project forward. Developer-only experience isn't the right fit for this role. Requirements: * Technically capable with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. * Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments. * Leadership ability without losing sight of the team dynamic. * Comfortable implementing new systems and processes on a live site. * Developer-only experience not preferred.
