Finishing Manager – Apartment Project We’re recruiting on behalf of a main contractor for an experienced Finishing Manager to help deliver the final stages of a 9-unit apartment scheme in York – now at second fix stage. Key Details: * Joinery background preferred – strong second fix & finishing knowledge essential * Oversee quality, snagging, and final handovers * Coordinate with subcontractors and site team * Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the finish phase Requirements: * Solid finishing experience on residential projects * Strong eye for detail * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required To find out more, please submit your CV
