Painting Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor)

TSR are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Painting Surveyor to join our clients team, covering the Southern Home Counties, including London, Kent, and Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading company delivering high quality works across the social housing, leisure, education, and defence sectors. About the Role: As a Painting Surveyor, you will be expected to hit the ground running, taking financial and operational control of multiple projects from inception through to final account. The position is split 50/50 between site and office and requires travel across the region. Key responsibilities include: •Pricing works using NHF schedules of rates •Estimating project costs and setting clear financial targets •Preparing monthly CVRs and managing financial reporting •Raising purchase orders, invoicing, and ensuring full commercial control •Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and direct labour teams •Ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget expectations •Taking full financial responsibility for assigned contracts What We’re Looking For: •A team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar surveying or estimating role •Proven experience in the social housing, leisure, education, or defence sectors is essential •Ability to manage multiple projects and financial responsibilities from day on
