Job Title: CNC Grinder – Cylindrical Brentwood, Essex £14.00 – £19.00 per hour (DOE) Full-Time | Permanent | 39 hrs/week Overtime (x1.5) The Role: An established precision engineering company is seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to join their team. The role involves setting and operating cylindrical CNC grinding machines for aerospace, defence, and commercial components. Programming experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Set and operate cylindrical CNC grinders Work to tight tolerances for high-spec industries Maintain quality and safety standards Programming experience (advantageous) Preferred Experience: 5 years in CNC grinding Familiarity with Studer and Jones & Shipman machines Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour day shifts Overtime available (paid at 1.5x) Weekend availability Benefits: 20–24 days holiday bank holidays Company pension Free on-site parking For more information on the CNC Grinder, email:
