This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based from anywhere in the UK , with regular travel to visit retailers, attend trade shows, and support the brands national growth. Youll be part of a collaborative, close-knit team with the freedom to shape your territory and make a real impact. What Youll Be Doing: Developing and managing a UK-wide field sales territory Proactively approaching and onboarding new independent retailers, pet boutiques, and lifestyle stores Representing the brand at UK trade shows, pop-ups, and in-store promotional events Working collaboratively with the internal sales, marketing, and product teams to share insights and support growth Meeting and exceeding sales targets through relationship-led business development What Were Looking For: Previous experience in field sales, territory management, or business development Exceptional organisation, self-motivation, and communication skills A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK A genuine passion for pets, and an appreciation for high-quality, beautifully designed products Confidence representing a lifestyle brand and building long-term B2B partnerships Whats on Offer: £35,000 base salary , dependent on experience Bonus scheme linked to new account wins Mileage and all travel expenses fully reimbursed Generous staff discount on luxury pet accessories A clear progression path into Regional or National Account Management The chance to work with a standout brand in a fast-growing, design-led niche This Area Sales Manager role is more than just sales its a chance to grow with a brand that blends creativity, quality, and a strong sense of identity.
