Temporary Finance Business Partner

Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our dynamic and growth-focused client in Dundee to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a fixed term contract to cover an initial 6 month period. This role has been created as a result of a project to supporting strategic decision-making within the business and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with operational teams across the organisation. Working within a fast-paced commercial environment, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in delivering insightful financial analysis and business performance reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will ideally be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS or equivalent) with a passion for adding value through financial insight. Your ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, commercial way will be central to your success in this role. On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include: Business partnering with operational and departmental leaders to support performance improvement. Preparing monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis. Developing financial models to aid decision-making and budgeting. Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Analysing key financial metrics and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Leading on ad-hoc projects including system improvements and process automation.
