You will need to have a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate, as well as a First Aid qualification, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial build projects.In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
