Freelance Site Manager - Suffolk PSR is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded contractor seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a project involving both demolition and new build elements. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects to tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily site operations, ensuring clear communication with the client, consultants, and internal teams Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain smooth progress in line with the construction programme Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain high standards on site Manage all aspects of snagging, de-snagging, and project handover to ensure quality and client satisfaction Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and act as the key point of contact on site Requirements: Expereince working on a demolition project previously along with new build Worked across either a Education, Commercial or Healthcare Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications Proven experience managing refurbishment works on live sites Excellent organisational and leadership skills in fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving This is a great opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering a high-quality refurbishment project
