Static Building Services Engineer Sherborne, Dorset Up to £38,590 A leading facilities management provider has an exciting opportunity for a Static Building Services Engineer to join their team at a busy, high-profile distribution centre in Sherborne, Dorset. This role comes as part of a major new contract win, and offers long-term security, varied day-to-day work, and the chance to be part of a growing, respected company! The successful Static Building Services Engineer will: Carrying out regular PPMs and breakdowns on all mechanical plant and electrical systems. Working in a distribution centre based in Sherborne, Dorset. Completing PPMs on AHUs, FCUs and other mechanical plant. Complete reactive plumbing work and maintenance. Participate in a callout rota of 1 in 3, with a standby of £140 a week. Static Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £38,590 Callout 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays.To qualify for this position as a Static Building Services Engineer, you must: Hold a City & Guilds or NVQ, and ideally an 18th Edition or qualification in Electrical Installations. Have experience in facilities and building maintenance, and good knowledge of mechanical plant and general building services.The Static Building Services Engineer will be on £38,590 Callout 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays.
