Job Description
Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a rapidly expanding commercial business based in Glasgow to recruit an experienced, motivated and driven Credit Controller, on a permanent, full-time permanent basis. Our client - award winners in their own field - are looking to attract an individual with a strong, proven track record in debt collection and the experience and confidence to make an impact in good time. On a daily basis your responsibilities will include: Active credit control via telephone, email and letter. Proactively reducing debtor days and minimising legal costs and write offs. Resolving any invoice or payment queries. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, negotiating payment plans as required. Reporting into the Finance Manager. To be successful you must have previous experience in a credit control or have gained complex sales ledger exposure in a past role. Systems wise, full training will be provided however strong Excel skills would be advantageous. Our client are keen to hire a strong Credit Controller who has the ability to work within a high volume, fast-paced and commercial working environment, whilst being able to minimise debt and have a visible impact on the P&L. experience is essential In return, our client are offering an excellent salary, benefits and all-round remuneration package with bonuses and a route for progression.
