Credit Controller

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a rapidly expanding commercial business based in Glasgow to recruit an experienced, motivated and driven Credit Controller, on a permanent, full-time permanent basis. Our client - award winners in their own field - are looking to attract an individual with a strong, proven track record in debt collection and the experience and confidence to make an impact in good time. On a daily basis your responsibilities will include: Active credit control via telephone, email and letter. Proactively reducing debtor days and minimising legal costs and write offs. Resolving any invoice or payment queries. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, negotiating payment plans as required. Reporting into the Finance Manager. To be successful you must have previous experience in a credit control or have gained complex sales ledger exposure in a past role. Systems wise, full training will be provided however strong Excel skills would be advantageous.
