Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Hospital project - Surrey This leading Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to step into an existing NHS framework contract on a hospital in Surrey. As a Quantity Surveyor you will work within a project-based team in Surrey and be based on site working alongside an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The project is a new build extension and cut and carve refurbishment of an existing building within a large hospital site. NEC contract experience is required for this role and if you have previously worked on Procure 21 or 22 contracts or some other form of healthcare project it would advantageous. Long terms of employment in the past and significant freelance contracts are favourable and you must have worked for Tier 1 contractors. You must be residing a reasonable commute from Surrey and have a UK construction qualification. At least 5yrs working as a Quantity Surveyor is essential for this Quantity Surveyor role.
