HR Advisor

Job Title: People Advisor Location: Colchester | Hybrid working available Hours: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about making a real difference? We’re looking for a People Advisor to provide expert, proactive support to managers across a multi-site organisation. If you're confident navigating complex employee relations, love coaching others, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this could be your next step. What you’ll be doing: * Providing expert HR advice and coaching to managers on all employee matters * Handling a wide range of ER issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management * Analysing exit data and helping to drive down turnover * Supporting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives * Delivering HR training and contributing to continuous improvement of policies * Visiting sites and building strong relationships with managers across the business * Staying up to date with employment law and HR best practice What you’ll bring: * Strong HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-site environment * Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation * Experience managing complex casework and investigations * Confidence to influence and support managers at all levels * CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable * A positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset If you're ready to bring your expertise and energy to a role where people truly matter – we’d love to hear from you.
