Director of People & Culture Greater London (Hybrid) The Organisation Our client is dedicated to ending the harm caused by gender-based violence. They work with women and children, offering services that are tailored to the unique needs of survivors. Their approach is holistic and empowering, partnering with survivors to help them achieve independent, abuse-free lives. They are now looking for a Director of People & Culture to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. The Role As the Director of People & Culture, you will lead the development of our client’s people strategy, workplace culture and organisational growth. Specifically, you’ll ensure the internal culture reflects our client’s core values, while championing practices that foster inclusivity, empowerment and sustainability across every level of the charity. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team, you’ll represent the organisation with credibility and passion, acting as an ambassador and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You'll also lead the People and Culture team with integrity and purpose, supporting them to deliver high-impact results and strategic priorities within the realities of a not-for-profit environment.
