Job Title: Senior Data Engineer Location: Newry (Hybrid working) Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience Type: Full-time, Permanent Overview: We're working with a forward-thinking team based in Newry undergoing a major data transformation journey. They're seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong Power BI and Power Apps experience to help shape their future analytics capability. This is a highly progressive role with opportunities to work on modern data architecture projects, including the adoption of Microsoft Fabric. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust data pipelines and ETL processes. Deliver end-to-end Power BI reporting solutions. Leverage Power Apps to build and automate business processes. Support the transition towards Microsoft Fabric and contribute to future data platform strategies. Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and valuable. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members. Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Engineer working with Microsoft technologies. Strong Power BI and Power Apps skills. Good understanding of data modelling, DAX, and M query. Comfortable working with SQL, Azure Data Services, and cloud-based data storage. Previous experience contributing to a data platform strategy is a plus.
