As a Deputy Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client's mission to provide exceptional care: Assist in the assessment and implementation of individual care plans. Split your time between office duties and supporting residents on the floor. Ensure a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Cover evenings and occasional night shifts, with rotating on-call duties. Facilitate the wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
