Job Description
Minimum Requirements: BCom in Financial Management At least 5 years experience in a similar role Advanced Excel (MS Office) skills essential Power BI experience advantageous Packhouse experience advantageous Key Responsibilities: System Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support to packhouse teams on packhouse systems. Data Reporting & Analysis: Manage, report, and analyse packhouse production data to drive operational improvements. System Enhancements: Implement updates and improvements to packhouse systems based on efficiency requirements, operational changes, and regulatory compliance. Financial & Market Verification: Ensure accurate financial projections and market allocations through data validation. Production Audits: Conduct system and data validation audits on the production floor to maintain data integrity. Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and numerical abilities Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and foster strong relationships Attention to detail and accuracy in data management Team player with a proactive mindset Strong systems and process management aptitude ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted.
