CESSNA PILOT & BEEF FARM MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma or Degree (advantageous) Minimum of 5 years experience in beef cattle and sheep management Experience in cropping and field management Proven ability to lead and manage staff effectively Strong stockmanship and hands-on farming skills Must be hardworking, honest, and possess an ownership mentality Computer literate Maintenance-oriented and practical problem solver Valid drivers license Proficiency in South Sotho (advantageous) Valid pilots license with experience flying a Cessna aircraft (required) Strong communication and leadership abilities
