Key Responsibilities Launch Planning & Execution Own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process for product launches, from planning to execution. Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities. Partner with engineering, product, marketing, sales, legal, support, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and readiness. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the central point of contact and communication for launch activities. Facilitate regular launch meetings, track progress, and resolve blockers to keep timelines on track. Align stakeholders across teams on launch goals, messaging, enablement, and performance KPIs. Go-to-Market Strategy Work closely with product marketing to define customer positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and differentiation. Coordinate content and collateral development with creative and marketing teams (e.g., sales decks, product briefs, training materials). Ensure internal teams are trained and prepared with the tools they need to sell and support the product. Readiness & Enablement Lead internal readiness programs including training sessions, documentation, and FAQs for customer-facing teams. Collaborate with sales enablement to develop learning paths and certification (if applicable). Organize pre-launch activities such as alpha/beta programs and customer advisory board feedback. Post-Launch Optimization Monitor launch performance against KPIs such as adoption, revenue impact, and customer engagement. Collect post-launch feedback and lead retrospectives to identify areas for continuous improvement. Iterate and optimize processes for future launches based on lessons learned. Qualifications 5 years experience in product marketing, product management, program management, or GTM roles—ideally in a tech or SaaS environment. Proven track record managing cross-functional product launches of varying complexity and scale. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
