Position Overview At OMI, we are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative visual development of the brand and communication efforts across print and digital platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing OMI’s brand consistency, generating innovative visual concepts, and executing high-impact pieces that support both internal and external communication goals. The ideal candidate is a highly creative and hands-on professional with experience in digital design, animation, branding, and content creation. This position collaborates closely with the digital strategy and marketing coordinator to bring campaigns and product stories to life. Responsibilities: Lead the development of creative concepts and master graphics based on briefs and communication goals. Coordinate and execute visual pieces for social media, website, printed materials, and internal communications. Design and animate assets for videos, motion graphics, reels, and multimedia presentations. Collaborate in creative campaigns from ideation to execution, aligned with the overall digital strategy. Design identities, brand assets, UI elements, and other graphic materials ensuring consistency and innovation. Support internal stakeholders on corporate communication and branding projects. Research trends in visual communication and propose creative enhancements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital design, content creation, and branding. Strong portfolio showing static and motion design, branding, and multimedia projects. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign). Experience with UI/UX design is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and visual coherence. Excellent time management and communication skills. Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency required.
