The Gerente de Ventas MICE will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and negotiating sales contracts. The role involves market research, creating sales strategies, conducting presentations, and attending industry events and trade shows. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and account management Expertise in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in market research and client prospecting Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to travel as required for industry events and client meetings Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Fluency in both English and Spanish
