This is a full-time, permanent opportunity designed for providers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to children and adolescents in a collaborative clinical environment. ✅ Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program with a pediatric specialty Valid Connecticut APRN license (or ability to obtain) Eligible for DEA and Connecticut controlled substance registration Strong understanding of pediatric nursing theory and clinical practice New graduates welcome; 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred Ability to deliver culturally competent care in a diverse setting Proficient in electronic health records and clinical documentation Skilled in medical history taking, physical assessment, and clinical interpretation Strong written and verbal communication skills Roles & Responsibilities Deliver primary care services to pediatric and adolescent patients under collaborative physician guidance Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions Prescribe treatments, therapies, and medications in accordance with best practices Educate patients and families on wellness, disease management, and preventive care Refer patients to specialists as necessary for diagnosis or treatment Document all clinical findings thoroughly and in a timely manner Participate in peer review, quality improvement, and departmental meetings Coordinate with healthcare team members, departments, and external providers to ensure continuity of care Support patient-centered care initiatives and meet department performance metrics Requirements Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Willingness to maintain compliance with all health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting Committed to continuous learning and professional development Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Eligibility for NHSC Loan Repayment Program Productivity bonus structure Paid malpractice insurance and CME allowance Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) plan with up to 4% employer match Generous paid time off and 9 paid holidays Employer-paid Life Insurance , Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program and wellness support Leave options including Bereavement, Maternity, Military, and more About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
