Social Worker Randstad is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Luton. Tasks The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to: Developing and implementing long-term care plans for clients, conducting comprehensive assessments, liaising with relevant agencies and stakeholders, advocating for clients' needs, providing ongoing support and counseling, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Skills The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Social Work degree, current registration with the relevant professional body, and demonstrable experience in long-term care planning. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience working with vulnerable populations is highly desirable.
