We're seeking an experienced and dynamic ERP Project Manager ready to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. The Role: This is not your average project management role. It's a "player-manager" position ideal for someone who thrives on balancing hands-on delivery with people leadership. You’ll guide a team of five talented consultants, while staying actively engaged in managing and delivering successful Epicor Kinetic implementations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, plan, and execute Epicor Kinetic ERP projects across the full lifecycle. * Manage a team of 5 ERP consultants, providing support, mentorship, and technical oversight. * Act as the main point of contact between the consultancy and client stakeholders. * Balance team management responsibilities with hands-on solution design, configuration, and implementation. * Travel to customer sites across the UK as required (all expenses paid). You’ll Need: * Proven track record delivering ERP projects—Epicor Kinetic experience is essential. * Previous leadership or line management experience. * Strong knowledge of manufacturing and/or logistics business processes. * Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach. * A self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
