Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and informative lessons in your subject specialism according to the curriculum. Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to monitor and progress student performance. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students. Maintain discipline in the classroom and foster a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in regular meetings and professional development sessions. Provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and curriculum effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fully qualified teacher status (QTS or QTLS). Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools. Strong knowledge of the relevant subject curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students.
