Asset Finance Paralegal

This is a superb opportunity for an Asset Finance or Banking and Finance Solicitor to be part of a growing team with offices in Wigan and Liverpool. The firm offers a fantastic hybrid working model and is paying for experience above qualification. Overview We are seeking skilled Solicitors to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients, and negotiating on their behalf. Responsibilities - Acting for banks and finance companies - Recovering debt under any finance agreement - Hire Purchase Agreements, Loans, Return of Goods, Possession Proceedings - Issuing Court Proceedings - Obtaining Charging Orders, Order of Sale of Proceedings Experience in Rates Recoveries for local authorities would be advantageous but not essential (Recovery of council tax or business rates).
