Lecturer in Health and Social Care - Clinical Nursing Location: West London Salary: £12,982 to £18,104 (Actual salary for 14.4 hours per week) Job Type: Part-time, Fixed Term until 30.06.26 We are seeking a part-time Lecturer with a specialism in Clinical Nursing to join our client's dynamic Health and Social Care Section at the College. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for educating and preparing learners, primarily aged 16-19, for careers in the health and social care sector. Day-to-day of the role: Teach across a range of qualifications including the Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health and Science, and BTEC RQF Health and Social Care Levels 1-4 and Access to Health and Human Science. Utilise current and recent clinical experience to provide high-quality, relevant learning experiences. Engage with students to inspire and motivate them towards achieving their career goals in the health and social care sector. Prepare and deliver lessons and coursework that are in line with curriculum requirements. Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must possess a degree in Nursing. Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Current or recent clinical experience within the health/social care sector. Experience in teaching or training is highly desirable.
