Job Description

Role: Project Manager Social Housing Decarbonisation & Planned Maintenance Location: St Ives & Surrounding Area Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Basic Salary) Why This Role? What Youll Be Doing: As the Project Manager, youll be at the forefront of delivering a new decarbonisation project that will transform social housing for a sustainable future. Your role will include: Project Planning: Developing and tracking detailed project schedules to ensure accurate progress updates. Health & Safety: Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and standards. Quality Management: Upholding high-quality standards by embedding them in the Quality Plan. Resource Allocation: Managing resources effectively to deliver projects within defined limits. Team Leadership: Creating a robust communication plan and clearly defining team roles. Project Handover: Overseeing a seamless handover process and providing end-user support as needed. What Were Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated professional with proven experience in project management within the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will have: Experience: Experience delivering works under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, incl.EWI, Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV. Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently with a focus on quality and safety. Qualifications: NVQ Level 6 or Degree in a related field. SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness certifications. Ideally, MCIOB Whats in It for You?
