Experienced Teaching Assistant Required Location: Camberley, Surrey Salary: Experience dependant Start Date: September, 2025 Join Teaching Personnel as a Teaching Assistant in Camberley! Teaching Personnel is looking for motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a mainstream primary school in Camberley, Surrey. This is a great opportunity to support the learning and development of students in a supportive and dynamic classroom environment. The role itself would involve 1-1 support with a current year 2 student who can offer some behavioural challenges. We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient individual to come and build a relationship with this student at the earliest opportunity. Key Responsibilities: -Providing 1:1 support to a student with additional learning needs. -Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. -Supporting the student in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning. -Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher. Key Requirements: -Passion for education and helping students succeed. -Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with young people. -Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students. -Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is important -A willingness to learn and develop new skills (training can be provided).
