Key Responsibilities: Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and engaged. Support teaching staff in classroom management and delivery of learning activities. Assist with interventions, small group work, and one-to-one support as required. Facilitate exam invigilation and other school-wide duties. Help maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment. Support with administrative tasks, including resource preparation and record keeping. What we are looking for: Experience working in education or with young people (ideally secondary age).
